Lou, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with great local recommendations. The property is tucked away in a secluded location, making it easy to find with a sat nav. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the beautiful outdoor spaces nearby. The bathroom was fantastic, with a huge, powerful shower. Parking was plentiful, and the cottage itself was clean, well-decorated, and felt like a real home away from home. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket and the range of amenities, including toys, music, DVDs, and games. The travel cot and highchair were provided at short notice, which was a lovely touch. we felt incredibly welcome and already can't wait to plan our next visit.

We had a fantastic time at this cozy cottage! The location was perfect for us, just a short drive away from Oulton park race track where we spent the weekend. The cottage itself felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed inside. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the linen was lovely. The owners were friendly and helpful, accommodating our needs. We loved the little extras like fresh eggs, bread, and a variety of teas with biscuits. We would highly recommend this beautiful place for a peaceful break.
Honestly, there was nothing we could fault with this property or the hosts. It was the perfect holiday for us, with no negatives to mention.
